Mirc scripting

There is an update for the famous script OCB on sp00fed.org

How to explain this, well I give it a try.

A user on sp00fed have a problem with eager users on his channel.
He manage a free bnc channel, and to minimize the false bnc request, he thought if a user is on X channel or just been connected to the server for X seconds, it might be a clone trying to get another bnc for free, and we all know that free-bnc is for one user per bnc.

The script is user friendly, with multiple changeable settings.
